Anyone know how to dehydrate minced beef at home??

Dehyrdrating! Now, thats something I too am just learning how to do.
I have yet to get to my meat portion of dehyrdrating... but basically for meat you cook it, add some seasonings if you like. If you have a dehyrdrater, you place it in the dehyrdrater till it is dry. You have to let it get REALLY DRY. If you don't have a dehyrdrater, you could do it in the sun, or in the oven. But I don't know how to do that.

Ya.. I don't have a dehydrator.. & I was wondering if I could do it in the oven & at what temp & fer how long, without actually cooking it more. But It's good to know an oven *is* an option, just gotta get the rest of the 411..

I very badly speak English. I am interested that in the West people speak about a survival. Meat is better for drying in a shadow, the sunlight leads to formation of bacteria. If it is interesting to you, I can tell about drying meat more in detail
